Welcome to the 35th International Comic Con in Barcelona. You're looking for a fun day in town? You have a free day and are looking for a good and interesting way to spend it? You're a tourist and curious about the world of comic?
Whatever of the above, you are welcome to attend this awesome event taking place in the Plaza Univers of the Fira de Montjuïc. From Thursday 30th of March to Sunday 2nd of April 2017, every comic lover will gather to make hommage to the classics and discover the new artists.
Whether you are a philanthropist looking for old pieces of art, or a fan of some random TV series or literary saga, you'll find your place between the different stands of the convention. You will be able to meet artists, participate in drawing contests, buy some really cool merchandising from your favourite fandoms... but above all, meet some awesome people with whom you can take pictures and talk about random stuff.
Moreover, there's COSPLAY!!! People dress up as their favourite characters, fool around with "free hugs" signs, and it's just great to hear people shout random geek references at you from across the room, or point at a sign in your cosplay with the biggest smile on their faces. Talking from experience, people are just awesome, just like a big family.
The ticket is 9,00€, but the Carnet Jove gives you a discount, so your ticket will be 7,00 €. Your ticket allows you to stay for a whole day, from 10:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. (there are tons of food trucks inside, in which you can buy food), and this year, buying one ticket gives you access to a free metro and bus ticket!

Honestly, we have been going to this event for 5 years. and each one has been better than the previous one. We will update this post with pictures of ourselves in our Cosplays, so that you'll be super jealous if you decide not to go (muahahahahahaha).
